• Mentor Doctor Onsite: One of our seasoned mentor doctors is actively practicing in this location, providing hands‑on support to help you achieve your clinical and professional goals.
• Accepting New Graduates & Experienced Doctors: Long Creek Dental Care is welcoming both recent graduates and experienced doctors. No prior experience required.

What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Illinois.

Physical Requirements
