This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high quality standards, supporting customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and distribution operations. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Develop, implement, and refine operational procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels. Analyze operational performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership. Collaborate with sales, customer service, purchasing, and logistics teams to support business objectives and customer requirements. Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements. Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiencies. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning initiatives. Resolve operational challenges and customer issues in a proactive and timely manner. Support ERP system utilization and continuous process optimization efforts. Qualifications Previous operations, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain management experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Experience managing inventory control and order fulfillment processes. Ability to analyze operational data and drive performance improvements. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with ERP systems and inventory management software preferred. Commitment to quality, accuracy, safety, and customer service.
