Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Welder to support fabrication and manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working with metal fabrication and assembly. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding based on project requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal components and structures
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Measure and verify materials and finished products using measuring tools
• Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience required
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding processes
• Ability to read measuring tools, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Commitment to quality and workplace safety

Work Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule may vary depending on production needs.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
