Commercial Account Executive

McShea Insurance Agency is growing our commercial team, and we’re looking for an experienced, licensed Commercial Lines Account Executive to join us. This role is for someone who already knows commercial insurance and is ready to take ownership of accounts, solve problems + deliver a great client experience. What you’ll do: Recommend coverage based on client exposures + needs Work directly with carriers + underwriters Review policies, applications + proposals for accuracy Identify coverage gaps + cross-sell opportunities Manage client requests from start to finish Our commercial clients span restaurants + hospitality, construction + contractors, landscaping, professional offices, real estate, retail + more.
