AI Engineer

This role focuses on the design, execution, and optimization of internal automation workflows and AI applications. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify business needs, you will translate requirements into technical solutions and build scalable architectures. This strategic position not only focuses on building and scaling AI‑native tools and managing data pipelines but also ensures the implementation of secure automation frameworks that enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and execute internal automation workflows and AI applications to improve operational efficiency. Build and scale AI‑native tools while managing data pipelines to ensure seamless integration. Implement secure and compliant automation frameworks that align with organizational policies. Collaborate with various teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Requirements B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline. Strong background as a Senior AI Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Analyst with direct experience building production‑ready automation workflows. Hands‑on experience with n8n, Claude Agent SDK, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and advanced prompt engineering frameworks like DSPy. Proficiency with vector and relational databases, including PostgreSQL, Supabase, and ParadeDB. Experience in hands‑on server management, specifically with Docker, Ubuntu, AWS EC2, and Cloudflare.
