Accounts Receivable Clerk
Intermountain Express Transport
Create and send customer invoices accurately and on time Following up on past-due invoices Reviewing billing for accuracy and correcting errors Customer Service & Support Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers Quote shipments for customers Track shipments and provide status updates Operations & Office Support Follow up with drivers as needed Assist with dispatch during busy periods Support day-to-day office responsibilities Assist management with other projects and tasks as they come up Work in our ERP and TMS What We’re Looking For A working understanding of double-entry accounting Comfortable with the Microsoft Office Suite Strong, professional customer communication skills A problem-solver who takes initiative Accountable and reliable — owns their work and follows through Comfortable learning and working with new technology and software Nice to Have Experience with an ERP system Previous office leadership experience What We Offer 401(k) with company match 50% employer contribution toward health insurance Paid time off, plus paid time off for most national holidays A friendly, small-office environment where your work makes a visible difference #J-18808-Ljbffr Intermountain Express Transport
