Sr. HR Manager

We are looking for a hands-on and people-oriented Sr.HR Manager to support our employee population across the Americas and Europe and help strengthen our regional HR presence. This role will serve as a trusted HR partner, working closely with managers and employees to support employee engagement, people programs, workplace culture, and day-to-day HR needs. Duties & Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the Americas and Europe Support employee engagement, workplace culture, and regional HR initiatives Partner with business leaders on team-related topics and day-to-day people matters Help identify employee trends, concerns, and opportunities, and provide practical HR support Partner with internal stakeholders and global HR colleagues to ensure effective HR support across the region Contribute to selected talent and organizational initiatives as needed Support special projects and other HR programs assigned by HR leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsGood judgment, communication skills, and problem-solving ability Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a lean team Able to work effectively with employees and managers across different backgrounds and cultures Experience in a multicultural or global company is a plus Experience supporting sales, service, or client-facing teams is a plus What We’re Looking For A strong communicator with a warm, approachable, and professional style Someone who can build trust naturally and represent HR well across a diverse employee population A practical, adaptable team player who is comfortable balancing day-to-day support with broader people initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
