Position Highlights:

• Established Patient Base: Benefit from immediate patient volume driven by robust population growth and a strong referral network.
• Procedure-Focused Practice: Spend the majority of your time in endoscopy, handling a high daily procedural volume of 16-20 cases.
• Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a 5-day work week with approximately half to one day dedicated to clinic duties.
• Advanced Endoscopy Available: ERCP and EUS procedures are supported; advanced training is welcomed but not mandatory.
• APP-Supported Clinic Model: Advanced Practice Providers assist with clinic visits, allowing physicians to concentrate on procedures.
• Shared Call Structure: Call responsibilities are evenly distributed among providers, with inpatient duties limited to call.
• Modern Infrastructure: Benefit from MAC anesthesia support and a transition to EPIC EMR.
• Large Service Area: Serve a patient population of over 260,000 across 8,100 square miles.
