We are seeking a compassionate, dependable and dedicated Live-In House Parent to provide care, guidance, structure and support for up to four boys ages 3-18 living in a neighborhood foster home. Many of the youth we serve have experienced trauma, family instability, behavioral health challenges, or involvement with the juvenile justice system. What they need most is a caring adult who shows up consistently, provides encouragement and helps them build confidence for the future. As a House Parent, you'll create a safe, family-style home where youth can heal, grow, learn life skills, and experience the stability every child deserves.
