Sales Associate

Victorian Cowgirl is hiring an experienced Sales Associate for an immediate full-time opening — 40 hours a week, in store. You'll build real relationships with customers, guide them through fit and styling, and help run a sales floor that depends on people who already know how to sell. Experience required; this is not an entry-level opening. WHAT YOU'LL DO Create a warm, authentic first impression through greeting and engagement with every customer Build rapport and guide customers through their shopping experience from entry to checkout Share product knowledge — fit, fabric, styling, and accessories — to support purchasing decisions Offer thoughtful add-on suggestions that complete and enhance the customer's selections Manage multiple customers at once while maintaining a high level of service Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store; recover and refresh displays throughout the day Accurately complete opening and closing procedures and operate the POS system Support email capture efforts to build relationships with local customers and drive store events WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Previous retail experience required — fit, styling, or fashion retail background strongly preferred Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable building rapport quickly with new customers Self-motivated, with a genuine drive to meet personal and store sales goals Team-oriented — contributes to the floor, not just to individual numbers Comfortable with POS systems, basic retail math, and daily cash procedures Reliable transportation to Uptown Sedona — not on a public transit route Flexible and adaptable as store needs and priorities shift throughout the day WHAT WE OFFER Full-time, 40 hours/week — immediate start Competitive hourly pay: $20/hour Paid time off Referral program A growing leadership team—real opportunity to build with us this season To apply, please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io.
