Network Installation Technician

*Top 3 Skills* *1. Network Infrastructure & Troubleshooting*

* Strong experience with TCP/IP networking, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and network troubleshooting.
* Proficient using packet sniffers, network probes, command-line debugging tools, and spectrum analyzers to identify and resolve connectivity issues.
* Experience planning and supporting fiber and copper cabling installations between MDF and IDF environments.
*2. Cisco Networking & Device Configuration*

* Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco network devices through CLI.
* Ability to work closely with engineering teams to deploy, validate, and document network configurations.
* Knowledge of wireless networking fundamentals and executing test plans to ensure successful implementation.
*3. Documentation, Testing & Technical Support*

* Skilled at creating configuration as-built documentation, maintaining technical checklists, and producing detailed implementation records.
* Experience executing test plans, validating system performance, and providing troubleshooting support during deployments.
* Strong ability to work within remote teams, communicate technical findings, and manage multiple project tasks in fast-paced environments.
4.CCNA or CCNP Certification - Active or expired.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jackson, MS.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
