The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab and supporting special procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab, including interventional radiology (IR), angiography, cardiology, and neuro procedures. Operate various imaging equipment, including Toshiba and Phillips systems, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Assist in special procedures and support the healthcare team during interventions. Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, providing clear instructions and addressing patient concerns. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards in the imaging department. Document all procedures accurately in patient records and maintain equipment according to departmental policies. Be available for on-call shifts, with the ability to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes when called. Qualifications: Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART) with a valid California license. Fluoroscopy license must be in hand at the time of application. Experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting is highly preferred. Proficient in operating imaging equipment and performing special procedures.
