Job Description

Fitzgerald Home Health Care, LLC has several vacant Night Supervision positions available immediately.

1. Follow the instructions in the support plan as written by the case manager.

2. Reinforce independent living skills training and other skill development supports.

3. Assist with instrumental activities of daily living.

This position requires you to be AWAKE.

The hours are 6:30pm -6:30am. 245 D training must be completed prior to starting along with a background check. We use All Care Software for EVV compliance.
