Human Resources Generalist

Our client, a leading organization in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join their team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be part of the HR department supporting the manufacturing facilities in Kennesaw, GA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support and implement HR policies, programs, and practices aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with site management to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and employee relations to ensure a smooth HR operation.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and communicate compensation and benefit programs effectively.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience in HR functions such as staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual language skills in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole are required.
