- License/Certifications: Minnesota Physical Therapist license, BLS within 1 year
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field, familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
- Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 annually, based on experience
- Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for a 2-year commitment
- Pay Package: Discussed upon application

- Provide exceptional physical therapy services across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Assess, develop, and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Document all treatment activities accurately using Epic EMR
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in weekend and occasional holiday rotations on a 6-7 week basis
- Support community programs by providing therapy to local school children and home health patients
Required:
- Minnesota PT license
- BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
- At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (preferably Epic)
- Ability to work full-time days
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
