RN - Case Manager

Case Manager RN - InpatientThis position is for a Case Manager RN specializing in inpatient care. The clinician will work primarily with adult and pediatric patients. The expected patient ratio is 1:25. Saturday and Sunday shifts are required for a 4x10 schedule. This role may involve floating within the facility to meet needs. Experience in a large hospital setting is preferred. Familiarity with the Cerner charting system is valued. The hospital is a Level I trauma center and a teaching facility. Candidates without the minimum experience in acute care will not be considered. Specialization in adult and pediatric care is necessary.
