Marketing Assistant

Job Description Reaves Law Firm PLLC, a growing personal injury law firm based in Memphis, TN, is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing efforts of Reaves Law Firm, which include various digital marketing and social media marketing strategies such as SEO content optimization, website optimization, data analysis, and campaign performance evaluation across various marketing channels. This role requires strong strategic thinking and communication skills. Responsibilities Coordinate all marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, paid media, SEO, email marketing, affiliate programs, and contractors. Interface with agencies and external service providers to ensure accountability and performance, providing key inputs such as asset creation and spending targets when relevant. Create content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Produce video content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Write engaging and concise copy to enhance CTAs on ads, boost click-through rates, and optimize landing pages to increase conversion rates. Develop and maintain a social media schedule for Reaves Law Firm PLLC and other social media pages. Manage and execute social and sponsorship events. Oversee email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor by Marigold, MailChimp, etc.). Generate weekly KPI performance reports. Requirements & Skills 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. 2+ years of experience in social media marketing (Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). 2+ years of experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent programs. 2+ years of experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint. Previous experience working for a Personal Injury Law Firm or a Brick-and-Mortar business is a plus. Effective Project Management. Highly Adaptable. Effective Time Management. Critical Thinking.
