Clinical Specialist - TEG (Washington, DC/Fairfax, N. Virginia) (Field Sales)

Haemonetics seeks a Clinical Specialist to serve as a TEG product advisor for hospital customers in the DC/Northern Virginia region. The role involves driving product utilization, clinical training, account expansion, and revenue growth through field-based customer support and relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing customer accounts and expand TEG product utilization through clinical education and case support
- Train customers on TEG equipment, software, and assays across various clinical settings including labs, critical care, and operating rooms
- Develop relationships with clinicians and key decision makers; support new customer implementations and go-lives
- Resolve technical, clinical, and operational customer concerns; collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions
- Drive revenue growth by identifying expansion opportunities, promoting software upgrades, and supporting trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related clinical field
- 3+ years experience in clinical settings or medical device industry
- Experience in critical care environments (ICU, ER, trauma) preferred
- Familiarity with TEG Analyzer operation and software preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 25% within territory
- Current residency in DC or Fairfax, Northern Virginia area
Compensation: $85,000-$160,000 annual base; sales commission eligible
