Responsibilities Shorten The learning curve in a team environment. Learn from top-producing agents and participate in hands‑on learning opportunities with real world application. Successfully complete PLACE Launch and implement foundational business systems and models. Execute proven lead generation systems consistently each week. Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer representation agreements, and guide clients through the home search process. Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers. Track tasks, activities, and client communication within PLACE Technology. Conduct 4-6 open houses monthly. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities into appointments. Participate in weekly script practice and communication training. Participate in team activities that support collaboration, growth, and culture. Commit to weekly coaching, training, and accountability sessions. Consult with sellers, secure listings, and execute marketing plans. Develop expertise in pricing strategy, staging, and listing presentation services. Qualifications The skills can be taught.
