As a Security Officer Unarmed in Sulphur, LA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor assigned areas, and report security-related concerns. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting site operations. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, production-area access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, verify credentials as directed, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and report access-control concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; follow site emergency protocols and promptly communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
