If you are a proven salesperson who knows how to build trust, communicate value, overcome objections, and close business, we want to talk to you.

Automotive experience is helpful. Sales ability is more important.

We can teach automotive terminology, our systems, and how we present repair recommendations. What is much harder to teach is how to lead a sales conversation, understand what matters to a customer, communicate value, ask for the sale, and follow up effectively.

What You Will Do

Your primary responsibility is to turn legitimate vehicle needs identified by our technicians into authorized work while creating an excellent customer experience.

You will:

• Build rapport and understand customer concerns
• Review technician inspections and recommendations
• Present repairs and maintenance clearly and confidently
• Explain why the work matters instead of simply reading an estimate
• Help customers prioritize repairs when needed
• Handle price concerns and objections professionally
• Ask for the sale
• Follow up on declined work and unsold recommendations
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and our parts department
• Track your performance and work toward measurable sales goals

You Will Know What Winning Looks Like

Strong salespeople should know their numbers.

Performance is measured using:

• Sales
• Average Repair Order
• Close rate
• Gross profit
• Follow-up results
• Customer experience

You will receive clear expectations, feedback, and coaching.

Who We Want

Automotive experience is welcome, but it is not required for the right salesperson.

We are interested in proven performers from automotive, home services, insurance, furniture, high-ticket retail, B2B, equipment, financial services, or other consultative sales environments.

You should be able to demonstrate:

• A measurable history of sales success
• Experience working toward goals or KPIs
• Confidence discussing money
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• The ability to ask directly for a customer's business
• Strong follow-up habits
• Organization and professionalism
• Personal accountability for your results
• A desire to learn and improve

We will train the right high-level salesperson on the automotive side of the position.
