Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist Full‑time board‑certified or eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist needed to join a rapidly expanding practice in Southern New Hampshire. The practice offers high‑risk pregnancy care, advanced ultrasound services, and inpatient consultation at Elliot Hospital. Responsibilities Provide clinical high‑risk pregnancy care, including first and second trimester ultrasounds and screening fetal ECHOs. Perform and interpret chorionic villus sampling, amniocentesis and other prenatal diagnostic procedures. Offer inpatient and outpatient consultations and coordinate care with the childbirth team and level III NICU. Collaborate with genetic counselors, ultrasound technicians, perinatal nurses and administrative staff. Participate in the Women and Children’s Service Line and contribute to the Center of Excellence for high‑risk pregnancy care. Assist with training and mentorship of junior staff. Qualifications Board‑certified or ABOG‑eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist (completion of fellowship in 1‑2 years acceptable). Strong clinical skills and a record of excellent work ethic. Ability to build and maintain relationships with local hospitals and referring providers. Experience or ability to perform chorionic villus sampling and fetal ECHO reading is a plus.
