Wound Care, Nurse Practitioner - Elliot Health System, Manchester, NH (Tax Free Living State)

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Center for Wound Care & Hyperbaric Medicine at Elliot Health System seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our team of providers, working alongside two physicians and one APRN. This Monday through Friday, 40‑hour position includes inpatient rounding, hospital and office hours. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education for wound patients during outpatient visits and inpatient rounds. Conduct telephone evaluations and triage calls to assess patient needs. Develop and implement instructional programs tailored to patient requirements. Collaborate closely with nursing staff and physicians in care planning. Utilize two hyperbaric chambers in the office for hyperbaric therapy. Qualifications: FNP certification with a minimum of 2 years RN experience and 2 years NP experience. Experience in general surgery, wound care, or ostomy strongly preferred.
