• This position involves providing healthcare services in a 31-bed adult facility in Commack, NY.
• The role requires assisting in the overall health and safety of individuals served under the supervision of a Registered Nurse Supervisor.
• The contract position is for the day shift, with working hours from Saturday to Tuesday, 07:00 am to 03:30 pm.

Requirements:
• Supervise and train staff on medication administration and health protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Generate and report incident, seizure, and illness reports.
• Monitor and maintain medical records per guidelines.
• Schedule and follow up on medical appointments and lab work.
• Ensure adequate supply of medications and medical goods.
• Document medical services and ensure pharmacy review every 90 days.

Qualifications:
• Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience with developmentally disabled population preferred.
