Help Desk Engineer

Koniag IT Systems LLC seeks a self-motivated Tier 1 Help Desk Engineer to support KITS and our government client in downtown Washington, DC. This is a hybrid role with onsite four days per week, Monday through Friday, and occasional telework. You will deliver frontline support, document incidents, and escalate complex issues while meeting SLAs. Candidates should have a high school diploma, US citizenship, and willingness to obtain IT certifications within 45 days. #J-18808-Ljbffr
