We use the best customized approaches for each client as we believe we have the specialty in trauma treatments to assist our clients to focus on who they want to become through the use of these evidence-based interventions: EMDR, IFS, Somatic, CBT, Mindfulness, and Breathwork.We attract clients seeking a deepening of therapeutic work and who are open to learn about self-regulation, emotional discord in relationships, and recurrent behavioral patterns which do not serve them. We help our clients focus on their strengths and resources to improve ways to alleviate overall trauma symptoms of dissociation, anxiety, depression, and somatic impressions. Description About A&B Family Therapy Professional Corporation A&B Family Therapy Professional Corporation specializes in trauma-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We are seeking motivated and compassionate therapists who are interested in deepening their clinical skills, exploring trauma as a specialty, and working independently within a supportive small group practice environment. We are looking for clinicians who are self-directed, adaptable, eager to continue learning, and passionate about providing meaningful therapeutic care. Work Schedule Monday–Friday; weekends as needed based on client scheduling Hourly W-2 Part-Time Position Maintain weekly average of 10-15 clients per week Maintain weekly average of 25 clients per week (health benefit eligibility) Work Location Hybrid Position Sunnyvale, California Job Requirements Completed graduate degree in Counseling Psychology or a related field Currently accruing clinical hours toward licensure Must reside in California near Sunnyvale, CA Must maintain professional liability insurance Required to attend weekly clinical supervision in accordance with BBS requirements and the clinical agreement Must be willing to provide both in-office and Telehealth therapy services Interest in learning and applying trauma-focused treatment modalities Willingness to learn private practice systems, trauma treatment methods, and strategies for building and maintaining a steady client caseload Culturally competent or willing to participate in cultural competency training Education & Qualifications Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology or equivalent Experience in trauma work preferred, or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly and apply trauma-informed practices clinically License / Certification Requirements Proof of Associate Registration Number with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) (Required prior to beginning work in a private practice setting) Malpractice Insurance Declarations Page (Required) Benefits & Incentives Paid Holidays 401k and Roth 401k Plans Paid Trainings Paid benefits after maintaining a caseload of 25 clients weekly Annual Bonus Pay Other incentives - Wellness gift cards, retreats, trainings #J-18808-Ljbffr A .L.E
