We are looking for talented, hard-working individuals to join our team./ppstrongGeneral Summary/strong/ppRepair die cast dies, trim dies, build and maintain fixtures to meet company standards to maintain production./ppstrongLocation:/strong 9983 Sparta Avenue, Sparta, MI 49345 strongHours:/strong Monday-Thursday 10 hours, Fridays as needed 8 hours strongPay based on experience./strong/ppstrongSign-On Bonus:/strong Receive $250 after your first 90 days of employment/ppstrongAttendance Bonus:/strong Receive $250 for perfect attendance for your first 60 days/ppstrongEssential Job Functions/strong/pulliCommunicate stock availability and check inventory./liliAbility to read blueprints and make cores and punches per the blueprint./liliRequires basic plumbing skills./liliBuild and maintain fixtures per blueprint./liliKnow how to hook up and operate a hot oil machine./liliKnowledge of proper polishing techniques./liliKnow how to operate the hydraulic and electrical test machine./liliAnalytical problem solving techniques./liliRepair die cast dies, trim dies and fixtures using precision measuring tools./liliPerforms machine operations using drills, grinders, turn threads, mill and lathe./liliMaintain clean and orderly work area./liliTIG weld tool components as needed./liliProcess Specific Training if available./liliSuch other duties as are assigned from time-to-time./li/ulpstrongJob Expectations/strong/pulliReact to problems associated with die cast and trim dies on the production floor./liliService die cast and trim dies prior to die set./liliCommunicate problems with floor supervisors and/or Quality department./liliComplete required documentation./li/ulpstrongQualifications/strong/pulliTwo years related tooling/tool room experience./liliAbility to read blueprints./liliAbility to read precision measuring tools./liliKnowledge of basic math, reading and writing./liliBasic knowledge of mills, lathes, surface grinders, radial arm drills and spotting press./liliCNC programming experience a plus./liliMechanically inclined./liliHigh School Diploma preferred./li/ulpstrongLicense or Certificate Required/strong/pulliValid Forklift and Overhead crane license issued by CDCG/Great Lakes./li/ul/div
