- Partner with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, managers, and business leaders on compensation decisions involving base pay, promotions, market adjustments, incentive awards, and other compensation actions.
- Analyze workforce and external market data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, translating findings into practical recommendations that support strategic talent decisions.
- Help develop, administer, and continuously improve compensation programs that align with business objectives, market competitiveness, internal equity, and pay-for-performance principles.

- Participate in compensation surveys, external benchmarking initiatives, and market pricing activities to maintain competitive and consistent compensation practices.
- Promote consistent job evaluation, job leveling, and compensation practices across the organization while helping maintain the integrity of the overall job architecture.
- Play an active role in annual compensation planning, including merit increases, promotions, market adjustments, and incentive planning.
- Develop detailed analyses, reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide leaders with clear insights to support compensation strategies and business decisions.
- Contribute to high-impact enterprise initiatives, including compensation program enhancements, job architecture projects, organizational changes, and merger and acquisition integration activities.
- Help ensure compensation programs and practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations as well as internal policies and governance standards.
- Provide guidance, education, and ongoing support to stakeholders on compensation programs, processes, market practices, and related best practices.
- Manage multiple compensation projects and assignments simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting established deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience administering compensation programs, practices, and processes within an organization.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and effectively present complex data.
- Strong analytical and data-driven capabilities, including experience with compensation reporting, workforce analytics, market data, benchmarking, and trend analysis.
- Ability to identify meaningful trends, draw sound conclusions from complex information, and develop actionable recommendations for senior leaders and business stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, including market competitiveness, internal equity, salary structures, pay ranges, incentives, job evaluation, and pay-for-performance practices.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, coordinate multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts and analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong consultative, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple organizational levels and functions.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive compensation and employee information with a high degree of professionalism.
- Experience with job architecture, job evaluation, or career framework design is preferred.
- A professional compensation certification is preferred.

- Exposure to high-impact projects, including compensation program improvements, organizational changes, and merger and acquisition integration.
- Opportunity to operate with significant autonomy while contributing to enterprise-level compensation initiatives.
- Professional development opportunities through ongoing exposure to evolving compensation practices, market trends, analytics, and regulatory requirements.
