About the Role As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in prepping, plating, and serving meals to our residents, support dining room setup and cleanup, and help maintain the sanitation standards that keep our residents safe. We are looking for people with a genuine heart for service — someone who understands that how a meal is delivered matters just as much as what's on the plate.
