As a Door-to-Door Sales Consultant, you’ll own your success by generating your leads through targeted neighborhood canvassing and creative outreach efforts. You’ll guide homeowners through the entire process: product demonstrations, project evaluations, estimates, and closing the sale with confidence.

This is a true self-starter role — the harder you work, the more you earn!

What You'll Do:

• Represent Mountain West Windows and Doors with professionalism and energy.
• Knock doors, canvas neighborhoods, and generate leads through strategic outreach.
• Guide customers through in-home consultations, including product demonstrations, project proposals, and contract completion.
• Build strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Track your progress and customer interactions through CRM tools.

What You'll Need:

• Flexibility to work prime customer interaction hours (4-8 PM Required).
• High energy, self-discipline, and willingness to hit the pavement daily.
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce experience a plus but not required).
• Previous outside sales or canvassing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Proficient in working with technology — CRM systems, email, and mobile apps will be part of your daily success.
