Growth Marketing Manager

Our client is a U.S.-focused retail brokerage platform enabling trading in stocks, options, and cryptocurrencies, offering tools and resources to help individual investors grow and manage their portfolios. They are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement in the U.S. market. This role will focus on developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels, with an emphasis on performance, ROI, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies. Optimize budgets and track ROI for marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Use market and user insights to refine campaigns while ensuring compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 5–8 years of B2C FinTech marketing experience Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and multi-channel campaigns. Experience with digital marketing, social media, and influencer strategies. Familiarity with financial services marketing and CRM/automation tools.
