Lead HVAC Technician

This is a permanent, full time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. We are a mid-sized, growing general contractor that self-performs our own mechanical projects. We are seeking a lead hvac technician that is hands-on and knowledgeable in the wet and dry side of hvac projects. Ideally, we are looking for someone that has experience working on projects for the department of defense; which may include the Navy, Air Force and Army among others. k Responsibilities: Work on Piping systems, heat pumps, pneumatics, controls, vrf/vrv systems, boilers, among other mechanical/hvac systems. Read and interpret the design-intent of blueprint drawings Inspect and adjust heating, cooling and piping equipment in mechanical projects after successful installation Make sure all projects exceed federal, state and government safety and code requirements Work closely with our Mechanical Divisional Manager and ensure our current and upcoming projects are completed on time and under budget Lead and assist with new construction, TI and service projects for HVAC wet and dry systems Work well with our internal team, as well as our customers and other external sub-contractors Requirements: 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience Local to San Antonio #J-18808-Ljbffr Gulfstream Strategic Placements, LLC
