Today, Loop serves >20% of the Fortune 100, manages over $30B in supply chain spend, and helps its clients save hundreds of millions of dollars each year.Loop is building an AI ops team that will own key automation and intelligence systems as Loop builds and scales them across its customer base. We are disrupting traditional operations with AI powered workflows that create 100X leverage for users, turning operators into analysts.Responsibilities include close partnership with engineering and product teams, internal roll-out of new systems and products, and driving adoption across Loop's user base. This role requires a deep understanding of our systems and their users (internal and external), the ability to translate complex technical work to everyday users, and ruthless problem solving.This is an in-person role based in Chicago, San Francisco, or New York City, with the expectation of being onsite 4+ days per week.What You'll DoAccelerate Loop's ability to deliver net new product surface for global brands by deeply understanding and learning how we drive customer outcomesEmbed with customer, product, and operations teams at some of the largest companies in the world to deliver increased customer valuePartner with AI engineers to deploy systems and products that automate workflows, reduce manual work, and delight customers and usersDemonstrate a deeply substantive execution skill set, knowledge of Loop's product offering, and how it solves our customers pain pointsBuild and maintain relationships with internal customer-facing stakeholders, ensuring that Loop is focused on delivering value for them.About YouYou have a college degree with a quantitative background in analytics, finance, or economics or STEM similarYou balance an eagerness to learn with the ability to execute and enjoy solving tough problemsYou have 1+ years of work experience in technology, data analysis or other technical and quantitative fieldsYou're a team player and excited about the opportunity to be an early employee at a fast-paced, fast-growing companyBonus points if you have advanced excel skills and SQL, Python or other programming skills, or experience vibe coding/building automationsCompensation and BenefitsThe base pay range for this role is $80,000 to $125,000 annually. This range reflects the base pay that Loop reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. Actual compensation will depend on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for equity.
