NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Director to join our team at Steverson Hamlin Hilbish Funeral Home in Tavares, Florida . If you’re looking for a meaningful Funeral Director role in Lake County with a supportive team, a steady case volume of approximately 350 families per year, and a balanced schedule, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while serving the community with compassion.

Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Every other Saturday rotation
- No removals required
What You’ll Do
- Provide support, guidance, and direction to families before, during, and after the loss of a loved one
- Coordinate and carry out all aspects of funeral services and final memorialization
- Lead arrangement conferences, service planning, and family care
- Ensure compliance with all municipal, state, and federal regulations related to the funeral profession
What You Bring
- Licensed Funeral Director in Florida or the ability to reciprocate
- Strong communication skills, integrity, and a genuine passion for serving families
