We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a business owner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will serve as a key partner in managing day-to-day administrative operations while acting as a trusted representative in interactions with high-profile clients and stakeholders. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and execute with precision.  Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and promptness Book and coordinate domestic and occasional travel arrangements, including itineraries and logistics Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups and action items Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant supporting senior leadership Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Professional demeanor with experience interacting with high-level clients or stakeholders Proficiency with standard business tools (email platforms, calendars, document management, etc.) Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration
