COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

We're seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Community Engagement Specialist to strengthen partnerships, increase community awareness, and expand participation in programs and services. This position plays a key role in building relationships with community organizations, coordinating outreach efforts, and connecting individuals and families to resources and support services. About the Position Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, agencies, schools, healthcare providers, and local organizations Represent Living With Purpose at community events, resource fairs, and outreach activities Plan and coordinate outreach initiatives, including health fairs, recruitment events, and community workshops Assist with organizing and supporting community-based programs and special events Conduct outreach to increase program participation and community awareness Collaborate with internal teams to identify service gaps and community needs Support marketing and communication efforts, including distributing flyers, managing outreach materials, and promoting services Track outreach activities and maintain records of community contacts and partnerships Assist in gathering feedback from community members to improve services and programming Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Communications, Public Administration, Human Services, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for events Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr Living With Purpose, Inc.
