Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Michigan
• Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is preferred

• Organizational skills to manage documentation and schedules efficiently

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with educators to support students’ functional mobility throughout the school day
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting and progress tracking
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student mobility and access
