What You'll Do Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and according to company policies. Page employees when requested by customers in person or by phone. Transfer calls to the correct person quickly and accurately. Take and deliver messages to the appropriate employee. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Keep the reception desk and showroom clean and presentable. Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service Available to work evenings and Saturdays on occasion Cash-Handling experience preferred Polished and professional demeanor Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Previous Cashier/Receptionist experience is a plus. Total Rewards The hourly wage range for this position is $18 to $20. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
