- 5+ years of benefits administration experience in the U.S.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong knowledge of U.S. benefit regulations (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA)
- Experience Managing Self-Funded Plans
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and external consultants
- Manage and oversee all U.S. employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, and wellness
- Coordinate benefit plans, vendor relationships, and compliance with regulations
- Support retirement plan administration and reporting requirements
- Analyze benefit costs and market trends to recommend improvements
- Partner with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless benefit administration
