Payroll Compliance Analyst

Monitoring payroll regulations and ensuring compliance, the full-time remote Payroll Compliance Analyst will manage payroll audits, validate tax filings, and support regulatory obligations across the United States and Canada. Key responsibilities Monitor and ensure compliance with payroll regulations and communicate new legislative requirements Execute payroll compliance reviews and operational audits, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions Analyze payroll data to prepare compliance reports and track key performance indicators for leadership Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in payroll compliance or a related role Strong knowledge of payroll regulations in the United States and Canada Experience with payroll tax compliance and audit processes Proficiency in payroll software and data analysis tools
