Our client, a well-established outpatient therapy provider with clinics across Shreveport, Bossier City, and Minden, is seeking passionate Physical Therapists to join their growing team. What You’ll Do

• Execute individualized treatment plans with clinical excellence

• Set clear expectations for patient outcomes and follow through on care

• Provide tools and education to support recovery at home

• Collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals

• Deliver top-tier customer service while embodying a values-driven approach to care

What You Bring

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

• Licensed to practice in Louisiana

• A patient-first mindset with a passion for clinical growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary of $80,000 for new grads, with bonus potential

• Sign-on bonus up to $6,000

• Student loan repayment up to $12,000

• Flexible Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
