The GMD Weapon System (GWS) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat.The WorkThe selected Systems Engineer responsibilities will include the support of the Ground Weapons System (GWS) program as an individual contributor on the A&D Requirements team. General knowledge of other related disciplines.• Ability to provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Solutions are imaginative, thorough, and practicable, and consistent with organization objectives. • Able to work under only general direction.
