Junior RecruiterWe're looking for a Jr. RecruiterIf you enjoy connecting talented people with new opportunities, consider joining us as a Jr. Recruiter to help provide effective hiring solutions for our clients.You will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:Source Talent: Use job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to find qualified candidates.Screen Candidates: Conduct initial interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with account managers and sales teams to match hiring strategies with client needs.Promote Employer Brand: Highlight our culture, values, and benefits through recruitment efforts.Ensure Compliance: Follow all legal requirements and internal hiring policies.Manage Data: Keep accurate candidate records in the ATS and report on recruitment metrics.Build Talent Pipelines: Create and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future roles.Support Candidates: Be the main contact for candidate questions and updates during the hiring process.Meet Outreach Goals: Reach weekly targets for calls, emails, and candidate engagement.Requirements and Qualifications:1 year of proven experience recruiting for the U.S. marketMust speak English and SpanishExperience recruiting blue-collar profiles and Oil & Gas industry rolesExperience working in high-volume recruitment environmentsSkills and Competencies:Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityAbility to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsHigh level of organization and attention to detailWho We AreSGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
