Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Marion, IL. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate information about products, orders, and delivery schedules. Daily tasks include processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues and complaints, and maintaining detailed records in the customer management system. The role involves coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment, monitoring customer feedback, and supporting account management activities. The individual in this role will help maintain a positive customer experience by consistently following up, offering solutions, and communicating in a clear, professional manner. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with the ability to handle inquiries and concerns professionally. Experience contributing to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience by managing expectations, following up on issues, and building long-term relationships. Ability to work effectively in a Customer Service Representative capacity, including call handling, order entry, and documentation. Clear verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer relationship management or order processing systems. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset and willingness to coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams.
