Change Management Manager

Overview We are seeking a Specialist Manager to join our Financial Systems team to design and deliver change strategies that help people embrace significant business and technology change. This role will develop and deliver change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects, guide a team of 3 on medium- and small-scale initiatives, and support critical communications across Finance Systems. The Specialist Manager will partner with business leaders, program teams, and users to deliver practical change initiatives that strengthen adoption across the Finance application portfolio. Work You\'ll Do Perform quantitative and qualitative assessments, including stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments, to inform data-driven change strategies. Develop and manage fit-for-purpose change management strategies and plans for large, complex projects. Lead a team of 3 in the development and delivery of change strategies and plans for medium to small change initiatives. Oversee development and delivery of critical communications across supported Finance Systems. Collaborate across program and technical teams to ensure change efforts remain integrated with broader roadmap objectives. Understand and use the appropriate communication channels, vehicles, and tools, including Deloitte brand and related requirements, to execute communications and training effectively. Coordinate with Deloitte publication points of contact to ensure adherence to submission dates, templates, and standards. Identify training needs and develop content tailored to specific stakeholder groups. Plan, develop, and support leadership and change networks in delivering communications and engagement activities that build understanding of key changes. Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and evolve plans as needed to improve adoption. Work closely with subject matter experts to build understanding of the Finance application portfolio and translate that understanding into practical change strategies. Partner with leadership to escalate and resolve risks and issues as needed. The Team The Finance Systems Change Management team helps Finance and business stakeholders navigate the people side of change by delivering targeted communications, tailored change plans, and critical updates that support adoption with minimal business disruption. Its mission is to make system and process changes understandable, actionable, and easier to absorb across both routine and transformational initiatives. The Manager plays a key role in advancing that mission by leading change strategy, improving stakeholder readiness, ensuring clear and timely communications, developing team talent, and using technology to make execution faster, more consistent, and more effective. Qualifications Required: Bachelor\'s degree in business, change management, organization effectiveness, communications, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with project and change management skills, including experience successfully managing a cross-functional or cross-departmental team on a complex change management project. High level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Copilot, Sidekick Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: Experience with SAP and supporting finance applications. Previous experience in a professional services firm. Prosci or CCMP change management certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Desire and drive to understand complex finance systems and processes. Ability to generate and execute creative ideas that make communications engaging and distinctive. Ability to work well under pressure and professionally navigate difficult situations. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,600 to $179,900. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
