General Manager – High‐Volume Family Dining
Flagship Nashville Location | No Late Nights | Base Salary of $75,000 to $80,000 a year
We’re looking for a high‐energy, people‐first restaurant leader to help run our flagship Nashville location — a high‐volume, family‐dining restaurant generating $50K–$60K per week , with catering pushing volumes above $80K .
This is a rare opportunity to lead a major operation without late-night hours . Our consistent 7 AM–9 PM schedule supports a healthier work‐life balance while still offering the excitement of a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner business.
