This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys client contact and is looking to broaden their experience across both compliance and advisory work. As Tax Senior, key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients and ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately and within deadline Preparing self-assessment tax returns and calculating associated tax liabilities Preparing P11D forms and supporting clients with related tax matters Liaising directly with clients, HMRC and other professional advisers on a range of tax issues Assisting with tax planning opportunities, particularly for higher net worth individuals Keeping up-to-date with changes in legislation and ensuring advice remains accurate and relevant The successful Tax Senior will bring: Previous experience within a tax or accountancy practice environment, together with a genuine … You'll ideally hold ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA qualifications, or be part-qualified and progressing towards one of these. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be essential, alongside the ability to explain technical tax matters clearly and confidently to clients. You'll also be comfortable working to deadlines, managing a varied workload and adapting to the busier periods of the tax calendar.
