Pharmacy Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION HealthPartners is looking to hire a Pharmacy Technician to join our team!Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day. Position Summary Provides technical support to the pharmacy department, under the direction of a registered pharmacist, to ensure the effective and efficient deliverance of pharmaceutical services. Work Schedule Monday through Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (4-hour shifts) Weekend Rotation: Every 4th weekend required Required Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: High School Graduate or equivalent Licensure/ Registration/ Certification State of WI – registered Pharmacy Technician license Preferred Qualifications Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Previous experience as a technician. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification Graduate of an approved Pharmacy Technician program and National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills- written and verbal Basic computer knowledge. Ability to communicate proficiently and accurately with all levels of professional care givers.
