Thermo Fisher Scientific seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy and innovation for its residual DNA analysis portfolio, supporting quality control in biopharmaceutical development and manufacturing. The role involves developing product roadmaps, conducting market research, and overseeing launches while collaborating across R&D, marketing, sales, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and lifecycle management for the residual DNA analysis portfolio
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions
Develop business cases, define product requirements, and oversee product launches from conception to commercialization
Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and technical teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while driving growth initiatives and commercial opportunities

Requirements

Advanced degree plus 6 years experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years in scientific instruments or life sciences
Multiple years of product management experience in laboratory or life sciences sectors
Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps
Strong financial acumen and ability to build business cases and analyze market opportunities
Experience leading cross-functional teams and gathering Voice of Customer insights
Proficiency in market trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry dynamics
Proven track record of successful product launches and commercialization efforts

Compensation: $125,000–$180,000 base
