Winston-Salem, NC| Full-Time

Average Earnings: $50,000–$80,000; Top Performers Earn More Than $100,000

Are you a confident salesperson who knows how to connect with people, follow up, and close the deal?

Liberty Sheds is looking for a motivated Sales & Design Consultant to lead our Conover sales location. You'll help customers design a building that fits their needs while taking ownership of the entire sales process, from the first conversation through the final sale.

You won't be starting from scratch. Liberty provides company-generated leads, an established sales location, inventory, marketing, technology, training, and ongoing support. You'll have the opportunity to begin earning commission immediately, with no cap on your income.

What You'll Do

This is more than waiting for customers to walk through the door. You'll manage your sales pipeline, build relationships, and create an excellent buying experience from beginning to end.

• Respond quickly to company-provided leads

• Connect with customers and understand what they need

• Help customers design a custom building that fits their property, goals, and budget

• Confidently explain pricing, financing, and purchase options

• Follow up consistently and ask for the sale

• Overcome objections and help customers move forward with confidence

• Build additional business through referrals and local relationships

• Create accurate floor plans, measurements, and work orders

• Maintain organized customer records and an active sales pipeline

• Keep the office, sales lot, and inventory professional and customer-ready

• Visit customer properties when needed to support a successful delivery

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of successful sales experience preferred

• Commissioned sales experience strongly preferred

• Experience in automotive sales, home improvement, furniture, building materials, real estate, or another high-consideration purchase is a plus

• A demonstrated ability to follow up, overcome objections, and close sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence working with pricing, measurements, and basic math

• Strong organization and attention to detail

• Comfort using email, phones, and Google Workspace

• Availability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule

Schedule

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

• Wednesday and Sunday: Closed

Work Environment

This position includes time in a climate-controlled sales office and outdoors on the sales lot. You'll work directly with customers while maintaining an organized, professional, and welcoming sales location.
